Install SMS
Step-by-step installation instructions
Go to Settings > Marketing > SMS > Sender information
Click on Setup SMS Channel

Alternatively, you can navigate to Settings > Workspace > Connectivity > Channels > SMS

Click on Setup SMS Channel

From both the places, you will be redirected to the SMS setup flow where you select your Country of operation in the first step
You can also click on Browse Inventory in case you want to purchase a specific phone number

Click on Continue for to move to the next step

In the second step, you need to answer the following questions
Select sender type and use case: Select what kind of messages you are planning to send e.g. marketing, transactional, authentication or customer service

Message volume: Select how many messages you plan to send

Local vs National presence: Area code specific or nationwide reach like toll-free or shortcode

Select the number type: Select from the different type of numbers available like toll-free, 10DLC, Short code

Once done, you can review the charges and requirements
Proceed to purchase the number by clicking on Finish Purchase

Once purchased, you can view your number.

A connected SMS channel with this number is installed. You can also install a WhatsApp or Voice channel with this number

You will need to submit compliance information for specific destinations as highlighted by clicking on Submit compliance

You can add more destination countries if supported for this number by clicking on Add destination
You're done! You can now access and use your SMS channel in Inbox and Flows to send and receive messages. Design SMS message templates by going to Create content.
