Migrating to another provider (BSP)

WhatsApp Business API now allows WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA) phone numbers to switch between service providers. Please keep in mind, this process must be initiated by your new Business Service Provider.

In case of migrating to a BSP outside MessageBird, the number integrated to the platform must be your own. If you have a MessageBird VMN you will not be able to migrate this number to another BSP.
