How can my customers use Voice Calling with the Omnichannel Widget?
The Omnichannel Widget supports Voice Calling as a channel. This means your customers collect your businesses Inbox phone number and make a voice call from their own device.
The user experience after a user initiates a voice call to your Inbox phone number will then depend on your inbound voice call configuration in Inbox. Check out the Voice channel installation page in your Inbox Channels.
