# Failed Payments

**Did you try to top up but your payment failed?**

There are a number of things you can do to ensure that a payment is successful.

1. Internet Explorer does not support all the functionalities that we offer on our site. We recommend using Google Chrome, however, Mozilla Firefox also works well.
2. Check the details that you have entered with the details that are registered at the bank so that they match what you enter.
3. Check if your card supports the currency you are trying to pay in.
4. Make sure you have enough balance in your bank account and make sure that the bank has not blocked the transaction.

If you find that the above steps do not help, alternative suggestions can be:

1. Try topping up with a smaller amount
2. Try to top-up in the currency of your card
3. Try a different payment method
