Billing frequencies and overages

Plan fees are charged to your credit card on a recurring monthly basis. While plan level upgrades take immediate effect with price difference prorated, plan level downgrades will not take effect until the end of your current billing cycle. Overage fees, if any, will be charged whenever such fees reach $100 or more, or on the monthly billing date, whichever comes first.

Invoices are emailed to the email address of the Billing contact registered to your account. Invoices are sent from billing@sparkpost.com. Please contact our Support team if you need to update your account’s Billing contact.
