I am receiving an error 500 in my dashboard

Have you encountered a '500 Page not found' error on your Dashboard?

Sometimes, this can occur for accounts that send high volumes of SMS. When using the SMS Overview and its accompanying search functions, the high volume of SMS can cause a timeout while trying to load the data.

If you received this error on the SMS Overview page or on a different page (other than SMS Overview), then please follow the steps below.

Troubleshooting the 500 Error

Before reaching out, please:

  1. Try testing it out using another browser

  2. Perform a hard refresh (ctrl+shift+r or command+shift+r) of your browser
