I am receiving an error 500 in my dashboard

Have you encountered a '500 Page not found' error on your Dashboard?

Sometimes, this can occur for accounts that send high volumes of SMS. When using the SMS Overviewarrow-up-right and its accompanying search functions, the high volume of SMS can cause a timeout while trying to load the data.

If you received this error on the SMS Overview page or on a different page (other than SMS Overview), then please follow the steps below.

Troubleshooting the 500 Error

Before reaching out, please:

  1. Try testing it out using another browser

  2. Perform a hard refresh (ctrl+shift+r or command+shift+r) of your browser
