How to set up a balance warning + auto order

What does it do?
Messagebird works on pre-paid balance basis. This means that you need to top-up balance on your account to make use of all our products and services. To ensure that you always have sufficient balance on your account, you can set up balance warnings and/or create auto orders.
Balance Warning - You are notified via Email or SMS when your balance goes below a certain amount.
Auto Order - We will automatically create a new order for you when your balance goes below a certain amount. Once an order is created, you receive an email with a link to manually pay this order in a few simple clicks (if you saved a payment method, this step is not required)
Where do I go?
Go to your Workspace name at the upper-right corner of your Dashboard → Finances → Preferences
Within Financial Preferences of your workspace, you can set up low balance warnings and create auto-orders.
How to set up balance warning?
Next to 'Balance warning', switch the option on (the white circle should be on the right side). You can choose to receive a reminder via Email and/or SMS reminders by selecting either from the dropdown and entering a balance threshold value. Don't forget to hit 'Save' to activate your 'balance warning'.
Tip: Check & set up your notification contacts to configure which email address/mobile number you would like us to send these low balance warnings. You can add several contacts, by clicking on the blue '+'
How to set up Auto order?
Next to Auto order', switch the option on (the white circle should be on the right side) and set-up the desired amounts (minimum EUR 15 or equivalent) to be auto-ordered below a certain balance threshold value. Don't forget to hit 'Save' to activate your 'Auto order'.
Tip: If the auto order option is not displayed, you first need to set up your company details within your general settings, or go to your Workspace name at the upper-right corner of your Dashboard → Settings → General Settings
