# I cannot find my Instagram channel after installation

Have you followed the steps detailed in our [installation guide](https://docs.bird.com/connectivity-platform/installing-channels/adding-instagram-as-an-inbox-channel), but are still unable to see your Instagram channel?

You can solve this by making sure you have granted the correct permissions while going through the installation flow:\

Please make sure that these settings are active in the mobile app:\

After this, please remove the channel and retry to add it. And that's it! You're all set to start using Instagram as a channel 🎉
