# Cancel your MessageBird Email (SparkPost) account

To cancel your account, go to the Account Settings page and click “Cancel Account”.

If you decide you want to undo your cancellation before it takes effect (at the end of your current billing cycle), you can return to the Account Settings page to undo your cancellation. After the cancellation has happened at the end of the billing cycle, there is no way to undo it.

Monthly fees are not prorated, and we do not offer refunds for accounts canceled before the monthly billing date.
