The privacy consent message that is displayed in Live Chat on the Omnichannel Widget can now be hidden by all customers.
To hide this message, follow these steps:
Go to your Omnichannel Widget Settingsarrow-up-right
Select the widget that you want to customize
Navigate to the Automation & Behaviour tab
Next to Privacy content message, toggle the button off, and you're done!
