Volume limits on plan overages
Yes, there is a volume limit on the amount you can overage on each of the plans. The maximum overage volume amount varies by plan but the limit has been set up to allow your organization to have sending flexibility. The maximum monthly sending limit for each plan (inclusive of plan limit and overage allowance) is displayed in the SparkPost dashboard as “Monthly Limit.” Free accounts and free legacy 100k plans that don’t have a credit card on file do not have the ability to overage.
