When will customers receive the Abandoned Cart Recovery message?
Your customers will receive the message you set up in the Abandoned Cart Recovery Solution within 3 hours after they abandon the checkout cart. For now, it is not possible to modify this time variable in the MessageBird Dashboard.
Why 3 hours? We’re glad you asked! We analyzed performance in conversion and engagement across various timings, and we realized that using 3 hours as the default value ensures the best performance of the Abandoned Cart Recovery campaign while keeping it simple and efficient.
