Some businesses prefer to group their messages under their “company profile” or brand (e.g. “MessageBird Support”) while others prefer a human-touch, by showing their agent’s faces and names (e.g. “Alistair from MessageBird”). It’s up to you!
You can configure “Show your team” in the Omnichannel Widget Settings in Inbox. Enable this setting to show your agents and disable this setting to show your company profile.
Remember - you can configure your company profile in the same section. You can define the “company profile name” from which messages will be sent (e.g. “MessageBird Support Bot”) and the profile picture.
