No messages in Conversation channel
Your conversation channel has been successfully created but your recipient is not receiving messages?
Is your API key is correct? You need to use the live key to receive SMS.
Is the recipient number correct and include the country code? The international format is required.
Are you getting an error? Codes in the 2xx range indicate that a request was successfully processed and codes in the 4xx range indicate that there was an error that resulted from the information sent
If you still encounter issues, reach out to Customer Support by submitting a request with the full API request and response payload.
