Invoices

Your invoice for a top-up will be emailed to you after you’ve paid an order. You can also always download orders and invoices in your account herearrow-up-right.

Click on your Workspace name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select 'Payment and subscriptions' from the menu. Under the Invoicesarrow-up-right tab, you'll see all of your orders and invoices.

Who receives invoices?

All financial contacts listed in the dashboard receive invoices via email. You can add contacts - for example, your accountant - under Notificationsarrow-up-right. To do so, click on your Workspace name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select 'Settings' from the menu. Under 'Notifications' - 'Financial', add the data of the persons that should receive invoices; you can add additional contacts by clicking on the '+' button.
