# Invoices
Your invoice for a top-up will be emailed to you after you’ve paid an order. You can also always download orders and invoices in your account [here](https://dashboard.messagebird.com/en/financial/list).
Click on your Workspace name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select 'Payment and subscriptions' from the menu. Under the [Invoices](https://dashboard.messagebird.com/en/financial/list) tab, you'll see all of your orders and invoices.
**Who receives invoices?**
All **financial contacts** listed in the dashboard receive invoices via email. You can add contacts - for example, your accountant - under [Notifications](https://dashboard.messagebird.com/en/settings/notifications). To do so, click on your Workspace name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select 'Settings' from the menu. Under 'Notifications' - 'Financial', add the data of the persons that should receive invoices; you can add additional contacts by clicking on the '+' button.
