# Tickets not showing up in Inbox

After [adding a channel](/connectivity-platform/installing-channels/how-to-add-a-channel.md) to your MessageBird Inbox, you may still need to do some extra configuration to ensure tickets from your contacts and customers make it into your queues.\
\
The most common first step to solve this is to follow the instruction on [How to connect and disconnect a channel from Inbox](/connectivity-platform/installing-channels/how-to-connect-and-disconnect-a-channel-from-inbox.md) using Flow Builder. For most customers, this gets the channels connected to start answering customers' messages.
