I have limited messaging options in my dashboard
When you sign up with WhatsApp and first start using this you will see that your options are limited. In order to make full use of the WhatsApp Business API you will need to verify your Facebook Business account and activate your first channel. Until you have taken these steps, your account will only be allowed to do the following:
Send a maximum of 10 Template Messages a day, to 2 contacts per day
Send unlimited messages to a maximum of 10 contacts per day

Note that your channel can remain unverified for a maximum of 30 days.
