# I have launched my GBM but I do not see a ‘Message’ button

Google Business Manager only works on mobile devices and native Google applications. If you have launched your channel by clicking ‘Launch Immediately’, please bear in mind that it may take up to 5 hours for Google to update the Google Search and Maps for a ‘Message’ button to become visible. The launch time may also differ per device.

If you still do not see a ‘Message’ button 5 hours after launching, please reach out to our Support team [here](https://support.messagebird.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360002192537).
