Why do we need this?
When sending SMS, different countries have different regulations. If you want to send messages to the countries below, specific approval is required and we will need to whitelist your account.

Australia
Canada
Denmark
Malaysia
New Zealand
United Kingdom
United States of America
Singapore
Where to request access?
You can find the approval request form by clicking on your workspace name in the top right corner, selecting 'Settings' and then going to the 'SMS' menu.
Go to 'Click here to request approval'. From here, you will be led to fill out this form with the requested details:
Some more information that will help you complete the form:
Sender ID: If you have multiple sender IDs, please add them in the Sender ID box, separated by a comma. Unsure what a Sender ID is? Check out our article What is the originator?
Message Template: Please add your actual, expected SMS message template that you plan to send to your clients instead of simply adding “Test message” or “1234.” In case of multiple message templates, please provide one sample for each.
General Information: Add your company name, company website and also share what is the purpose of your messages. Avoid adding the following words: Not available, N/A, Multiple Messages, Don’t know
What to do when you don’t have the information?
If you don’t have the information required in the approval request form, we are unable to process your request.
What's next?
Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, your account will be granted access, usually within 7 business days. Please note, approval times can vary by country.
You will be notified via email about the outcome of the registration.
