Why can’t I use Voice services due to my account currency?

Are you lacking the option to create voice flows for your voice-enabled numbers?
You can only use MessageBird Voice capabilities when your billing currency is EUR, GBP, USD, AUD, CAD or SGD. If your account currency is 'SMS credits' or another currency, your account won't support Voice functionality.
If needed, please contact our Support team via the form on to change your account currency.
