Update my Live Chat company name and avatar

You can specify your Live Chat company profile name and picture in the Omnichannel Widget Settings in Inboxarrow-up-right.

This is the name and profile picture from which all automated Live Chat messages will be sent from. If you decide to disable the “Show your team” configuration [link to article], all Live Chat messages (including Live Chat messages sent from your agents) will be grouped under your company profile name and picture.
